Scope of Business
Analysis: Based on the communication with customers, we extract and analyze the challenges in order to propose the optimal solutions.
Design: Based on the customer's requests, we define the optimal specifications and the design the equipment, machine and system.
construction: Based on the customer's specifications, we supervise the manufacturing processes of the facility and equipment. We setup or supervise the control system for both of equipment and for the process, to be ready for the operation.
Operation: We do the engineering on the monitoring and management in order for the facility, for the equipment, and for the control system to demonstrate the designed abilities.
(1) Acting FS on behalf of customers (FS: Feasibility Study of the project.)
�@We perform the estimate, process planning, acquisition planning for the budgetary stage on behalf of the customer. We can perform the eclectic and control items, and some items of the mechanical things.
�@We can manage new project, evacuation or relocation of the existing facility for this.
(2)�@Acting FEED on behalf of customers (FEED: Front End Engineering Design)
�@We perform FEED based on the philosophy, ability, and capacity, defined in the FS.
�@We do the due diligence of the challenges and cost of the investments and projects. We carefully compare and select the designs and estimate costs of the suppliers for the customer to create the P.O. specification. We also do the engineering scheduling in order to secure the master schedule, which means the grasping the bottleneck process on time for the real-time process optimization in order to enjoy the cost reduction as well as the guarantee necessary and enough time for the important process(es).
�@During the execution period of the electric and control facility projects, we perform the detail analysis or the design of the existing system and software
�@During the execution period of the mechanical facility projects, we perform the detail analysis or the design of the functions and equipment.
(3)�@Contracting of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction)
�@We accept the contracting of the engineering, procurement, and construction as a whole package.
�@During the construction period of the electric and control projects, we perform the retrofitting of the existing PLC, as well as the modification of the control cabinets and small power supply jobs.
(1) Retro PLC
�@The following table shows the retro PLCs, such as H80, H-04E, T-16A, MELPLAC-50. M-800. MICREX-F, which we can manage.
�@Please prepare the drawings and the special monitors for the retro PLC. Please procure the hardware for the construction.
(2) Modern PLC
�@The following table shows the modern PLC, such as H-04/R900, MELSEC-Q, GOT, MICREX-SX, and so on, which TSC can manage.
�@The modern PLC contains the drawings in the PLC, and the general monitors are ok. Therefore, there is nothing for the customer to prepare. Said that, however, the printed drawings will be highly appreciated.
(3) Retro Process Computers
�@The following table indicates the modern processing computers, which TSC can manage, such as VAX, V90, A-80, U-1500, S-3500, and so on.
�@Please prepare the hardware for the software development.
(4) Modern servers and PC
�@The following table shows the modern servers and PC, which TSC can manage, such as e-Server, Primergy, Windows Server, Windows PC, and so on.
(1) Remodeling, improvement project
�@TSC performs the remodeling and improvement projects of the machinery and equipment in the stages of planning, design, manufacturing SV, construction SV, trial run SV, acceptance on behalf of the customer. We optimize the impact on the environment, energy saving, efficiency, and number of operators.
�@We perform the collection of the items to tackle and the related solutions and scheduling of the removal or relocation projects of the existing facility. We also do the consulting to the construction or construction SV. We accept removal and relocation for the machinery and electric facilities.
